Stardust Jewelry Order Policy
- All prices quoted are by the piece and in US dollars.
- A minimum order of $100 US dollars is required.
- Companies within the state of California must submit their California
State resale certificate number issued by the State Board of Equalization
before merchandise can be shipped. No exceptions.
- Large orders of a single item will require you to contact Stardust
Jewelry as this may require a deposit.
- Overseas customers agree to take all responsibility for freight and
all import duties on the merchandise in the destination country, if
applicable.
How to Order
You may order either online or by fax. To order by fax, place your order
online; on the final checkout page you will be given an option to pay by
fax. You will then be given an order form with your selections to print and
fax.
You will be notified via e-mail once your order is completed. We reserve the
right to ship partial orders (no more than 2 shipments total), no shipping costs will be applied to the 2nd shipment. Please make
sure that your order is clear and contains any size or color preference
offered.
Terms of Payment
#Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover)
#Before merchandise will be shipped, prepayment by company check or money
order is required, as well as a waiting period of 10 days for checks to
clear your bank account.
#Net 30 day terms. A credit application must be approved and accepted by
Stardust Jewelry.
Shipping and Handling Charges (No P.O. Boxes)
#$10 per UPS ground shipment within the continent of the United States
#$15 per UPS ground shipment to Canada
#$30 per UPS ground shipment to Hawaii and Alaska
Unusually heavy shipments may require a higher rate.
Overseas shipments will be billed to the consignee UPS account, sent via
freight collect or shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Cancellations
#Order cancellations may be subject to re-stocking fees.
#Special orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit.
#Orders not accepted 3 months after the delivery date requested by the
customer will be discarded and declared "unaccepted."
Returns
Sale and seasonal items are non-returnable, all other items may be returned for a store credit when sent postage pre-paid within 7 days of receipt. Should the goods you received be defective or damaged, please contact Stardust to request a return authorization.
